Sorry i didn't post last night as i was so tired i fell asleep before i could again. I'm only okay to post now coz i slept earlier when i got home lmao. I'm trying to work really hard right now T-T It's harder than usual..

I want to get my laptop fixed as soon as possible. I can do more work then. ^_^

I hope you're doing really well at work though. Please remember how powerful you truly are! You can do anything. Think of everything you've already achieved and remember that the only limit is the one you set yourself. so don't limit your potential with doubts..

Your program was adorable this week. You were very serious shin-kun right until the end lol. But still the most beautiful sound to my ears.

Ah i wish i had a passcode door lock here but we still use keys.. And yeah mine are still lost.. if it was a pincode then i wouldn't have to worry so much lmao. but that won't happen here because the house I'm in is a future development site.. They won't upgrade this house at all. Most city areas are going multi housing these days. I suspect where i am will become an apartment block one day as the yards here aren't deep enough for townhouses.. the other side of the road is going to townhouses tho.. there has been 2 townhouse developments and a block of apartments go up around me since i moved in here. it's helpful coz the owners tend to not care about raising rent or moving tenants on until they can develop the land so it's fairly stable for renting when the houses around you don't get sold at all.. but it's also annoying coz they only do necessary maintenance on the house. and you know one day you're gonna be out lol.

Anyway, you're cooking? ^_^ That's so great tho coz I like that it means you'll eat well hehe.
I can send you lots of recipes hehe. but for now I'll give you a really valuable hint. When cooking meat that is prone to drying out, soak it in oil first. So like steak, chicken breast and pork all are likely to dry out during cooking, so first defrost them, put them in a zip-lock bag and add a small amount of oil (your choice what type. you can add seasonings here too because it will add flavour too), then seal the bag, spread the oil around and leave it for about 10 minutes..
the oil seals the meat and the moisture inside it can't escape in the cooking process, so you end up with meat that is still really soft and juicy. protip from a steak chef ^_^

Ah both Korean and Japanese are difficult on this one huh? Meanwhile in English, Warm is such a simple word lmao. Pronunciations will always be the hardest part for me. but thank you for your Korean help always.

最近、料理の魅力に気付いたシンくん。

キンパは海苔巻きなので、日本人の2人にも作れなくはないと思います！
ジャッジは…見た目ならお客さん。味ならいつもの天の声さん？笑
スタッフさんが食べたリアクションと見た目で、お客さんの拍手で勝敗を決める。

韓国では、よくキンパ作り対決みたいなのありますよね？
それを取り入れるのはどうかなー？と思いました😊

あとは、地味に豆運びとか？お皿からお皿へ箸で豆をつかんて移すやつです！

水でお好みに薄めて玉ねぎ鶏肉を煮て〜
煮立ったら三つ葉と卵を混ぜ入れて～
軽く火が通ったら親子丼！
玉ねぎからカツ入れて卵でとじたらカツ丼
鶏ひき肉にすき焼きのタレで甘辛く炒めて~
別に玉子に砂糖入れてひたすらかき混ぜてそぼろ丼とかどうですか～？

暖かかったのパッチムSとSSをtで発音するのに慣れてなくてずっとッタットゥセッダと読んでました。じんくんの声でハングルの勉強できて幸せです。

Hello sunshine 🤗🤗🤗 well it is actually a hard sentence but it sounds cute the more I listen to Korean the more I like it it's a soft language very musical 🙂 the place I'm in we still use keys for doors but I personally think a pony is so much better and safer since I've lost my keys few times...
