So a guerrilla performance tomorrow! man i wish i was there already. but i know you'll be amazing again and I'll see video after its done.

The weekend is starting now and even though i can't be where i want to be, I'll spend this weekend trying to teach myself to cover everything better..

I'm going to try to sleep so that i may finally be rested enough to do so..

Today's performance was perfect.. but you always nail it. and you all look so soft and fluffy in the purple. I love the colour palette that you are working with for this comeback. it's really beautiful.

10jam tonight was really good too. it was a lot of fun to watch and it made me happy.. and naturally i laughed a lot at just how silly you all are. also I now understand why you're better at Japanese than Takuya. 😂 it kind of reminds me of pops in Seoul during amazing when he's trying to tell everyone he's Japanese and you guys are all in the background yelling that he's Korean.. guess you guys finally convinced him so 🤣

How was your day? Did you have a good one today? I really did miss having you performing again tonight after all but I actually hope that it means you got a day to rest a bit more than usual. But then the opening was likely filled in another way. we are now getting to see how busy you have all been with the performances, tv shows and interviews. I hope you're eating and resting enough for how much energy you're expending. (ha new word for you?) Please always take care of your health.

So I sat down to read your interview as soon as I got home. There is still some parts I need extra help on as I'm still struggling too understand how context works within Korean. I'm sure it will eventually come to me as second nature but for now it's going to take a lot of practice. Because of my dyslexia, learning languages is far more difficult than it should be. Many times I envy you for being able to do so much easier. I put so much effort into just being able to effectively communicate in English, I cannot begin to explain how it works. I simply had to rely on just understanding it enough. and so my sentences are sometimes confusing and can take the long way to getting to the point. I'm not actually a shining example of English but I guess maybe I'm just being harsh on myself as I did do well doing my communications degree. lol

ANYWAY! The interview..

The pictures were already so beautiful T-T I felt so blessed that we had been given so many.. but the interview T-T we could see your loving heart and how deeply beautiful a person you are. I have always loved how special the members are to you. I mean we've always been able to see that and how important Cross Gene is to you but I hope that speaking about it warms your heart as much as it does ours. But it was always so clear that everything about Cross Gene was something that you loved. and i sometimes feel that because of your great love for cross gene, it somehow infects others and Cross Gene becomes as important to them.

I am still so proud of you for auditioning to be TaeO. So proud. I worried after Big and as the years went by that you would never regain enough confidence to return to acting. And really it was not the confidence that came back but your strength to try again. I hope at least some of it is back now. No matter what you feel, I know that you can do it well. even better than you think. but if you feel you can't then CandY will always be here to remind you that you can. I wonder if you're still nervous now with another drama coming. But I also know that you know you use them and make yourself go higher! I'm always proud of you. I love my idol very much.

Ah so speaking of languages I have to say that you're doing incredibly well with your English. It still adorable though. I think that's just how your English voice will be. but that may just be to me. I am impressed by your use of English phonetics too. I know it's definitely more difficult to learn coming from a language where every consonant has a vowel sound attached. And ultimately our alphabet of letter sounds is larger overall. like you don't have a f or v or z.. but you do also know Japanese which does have f and z so you're already ahead of the curve hehe. Also in Korean your ㄹ covers two sounds which is two letters in English, R and L. As you know, for the English R, you don't lift your tongue. And so to hear you mastering not just reading and understand the language but speaking it so eloquently when you're self studying even.. it shows that you truly are phenomenal.

Why are you so good at everything? T-T

Ah but it's still so cute watching you trying to remember the right words in English. Ah I wish i still had the brain of a much younger me too. The one that picked up language and speaking to people long before I ever went to a school. it feels like it's magic by children to be able to do that lol. Also when we are kids we have no equivalent language to teach us words so we learn to identify the object specifically. Remembering this helped me a lot actually. I found that it was easier for me to pick up more words when I took English out of my learning. because I was constantly putting everything thru my English filter first. T-T

But still.. always so proud of you.
